We offer free unlimited technical support by email for registered users of our products. We attempt to respond to all inquiries or problems within 24 hours or earlier. If you want to call our office, you WILL get a recording. If you are an unregistered user we will still try to answer your questions but your priority is lower than that of registered users.
Errors During Installation of Techscheduler
Techscheduler utilizes Installshield and Windows Installer, both of which may search for additional files on the web during installation. If you do not permit web access, we have a full installation of Techscheduler (advanced) that include all of the Windows Installer files. After installing this version, all the unburdened versions will install without further Windows Installer errors:

Support Files for Windows
The following files may be needed by Dean Software programs but may not have been installed by default on your system. Note that Dean Software Design does not warrant that these files will work on your system and are the latest version available. Please carefully check your system for newer copies BEFORE download these into your Windows directory.
