I would recommend TechScheduler. The web site is
http://www.winutils.com/. We use this Scheduling software for about 400+
scheduled jobs for various systems. We create a macro in Microsoft
Access that runs the UDA (or query) and exports it to a Excel
spreadsheet. We run the macro from a Batch file using the Scheduling
software. Once the macro runs and creates the spreadsheet, the next
scheduling software job e-mails the spreadsheet out to the assigned
recipients. The software has options to send e-mails to specific
recipients if the jobs run successfully or if the have some type of
failure. The advanced TechScheduler software only costs $50.00, so you
cannot beat the price for the functionality that you get.
